We guarantee that the products you receive are as advertised, arrive undamaged, and are manufactured at the highest quality.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 45 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or account credit in the amount of your purchase price as provided below.
Exceptions:
Certain items, including our online training programs and the weCLIMB observation solution, cannot be returned. We do not allow a refund if a staff member uses the license for any program. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Custom and personalized products may not be canceled or changed after approval is given and production begins.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt by us of your returned items. If your order was placed using a credit card, please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid with a check, a refund check will be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was on our part.
Timely production to meet in-hand or event dates depends equally on the purchaser's promptness and diligence in responding to and approving all necessary communications with The Master Teacher via email or phone. The Master Teacher is not responsible for production delays caused by the purchaser’s delayed correspondence or multiple change requests to the order.
In the event of an error, if the produced item(s) match the proof approved by the purchaser, The Master Teacher reserves the right to decline a return (refund) or exchange for part or all of the order.
